Frank's still a weasel, Victor's just trying to be nicer to that weasel. And oh yeah, The Mayor's cursed.

Had to provide a 6 page update for this revelation because I don't like leaving people hanging when communicating important information. I'll leave you to draw your own conclusions on how Carl got that curse for now, since I won't speak on a not-quite-dead man's behalf.
