About

If the dead are supposed to rest in peace, then why won’t the living leave Victor Entrails alone?
The Mothers Against Monsters make him out to be a menace in the paper. His weird mad scientist neighbor, Frank, won’t stop showing up at his porch. And by resigning himself to a lonely, undead life of reading and wig making in a house at the heart of a cemetery, Victor has only managed to stay out of trouble by keeping the horrors of Pleasant Oaks on the other side of the door.
But when the helpless young outsider everyone in Pleasant Oaks is searching for shows up at his doorstep, Victor finds himself making the deadliest mistake of all...caring.
The Monster At My Door is a supernatural-horror-comedy that updates every other Friday at midnight (PT). It contains depictions of cartoonish blood, violence, and disturbing situations. Viewer discretion is advised for readers under 13.
About The Artist
The Monster At My Door is written and illustrated by Maya Mourning, who hails from the most unusual hometown in the United States...Los Angeles, CA. Maya first created the town of Pleasant Oaks and it’s strange assortment of characters as a high school senior in the year 2011 (so old). After being haunted for over a decade by one idea, Maya has finally returned to the art of making crazy comics.
When she is not keeping herself up at night rewriting dialogue or practicing funny faces, Maya is a dedicated educator, video game lover, and parent to the world’s coolest kid.
